'Pattern Games (credit: Leslie McDevitt) are a great way to set up your dog to make good choices and to teach your dog to focus even when around distractions that may make him over-excited or worried.

'DECAF' : Decompress and Focus' is just one of those 'pattern games' - and we use it to both help teach loose leash walking, and/or to help worried or reactive or over-excited dogs bring their focus back to you in distracting environments!
